Your membership covers the vast majority of your primary care needs, including in-person clinic visits, telemedicine visits, and direct communication with your provider.

- Annual wellness and physical exams
- Well-child checks for ages 1+
- Sports and camp physicals
- In-office procedures, including stitches, skin tag or wart removal, mole biopsies, and joint injections
- Point-of-care testing, including strep, flu, and urinalysis
Chronic Disease Management

- GERD, IBS, and common GI concerns

- Labs, imaging, outside medications, pathology, and specialist care are billed separately
