Your membership covers the vast majority of your healthcare needs. This includes all in-person clinic visits, telemedicine visits, and direct communication with your provider.

  • Well-child checks (ages 1+)
  • Sports & camp physicals
  • In-office procedures (e.g., stitches, skin tag/wart removal, mole biopsies, joint injections)
  • Point-of-care testing (strep, flu, urinalysis)

Chronic Disease Management

  • Hypertension
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol)
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Asthma & COPD (stable)
  • GERD, IBS, & common GI disorders
  • Migraine and headache disorders

Acute & Urgent Care

  • Respiratory infections (sinusitis, bronchitis, flu, COVID-19)
