One flat monthly fee for all your primary care needs. We see patients ages 1 and up.
Founding member pricing is locked in for 24 months.

Founding Rate

Adult (Ages 18+)

$110/mo

All-access in-person & telemedicine care.

Child (Ages 1-17)

$60/mo

With an enrolled parent or guardian.

Family Cap

$300/mo

Covers up to 2 adults and all dependent children.

The DPC Difference

What is Direct Primary Care?

DPC is a membership model. For a flat monthly fee, you get direct access to your provider—longer appointments and care via text, phone, or video. We work for you, not insurance companies.

Do I Still Need Health Insurance?

Yes. We recommend keeping a health plan for "catastrophic" events like hospital stays or surgeries. Your membership covers your primary care needs, but it is not insurance.
