You’re Scheduled
Thank you for requesting a meet & greet with Wayfinder Direct Primary Care. We’re looking forward to meeting you and helping you decide whether our care model is the right fit.
What to Expect
Your meet & greet is a brief, friendly conversation. It is not a medical visit, but it is a chance to ask questions, learn how Wayfinder works, and see whether our approach feels right for you or your family.
We’ll Talk Through Your Needs
We’ll ask what you’re looking for in primary care, what has been frustrating about healthcare in the past, and what kind of access would be most helpful for you.
You Can Ask Questions
Common topics include membership pricing, same or next-day visits, telemedicine, labs, medications, chronic care, urgent concerns, and how DPC works alongside insurance.
No Pressure
This visit is meant to help you make an informed decision. If Wayfinder is a good fit, we’ll walk you through the next steps.
Before Your Visit
Please bring any questions you have about Wayfinder, direct primary care, membership pricing, or how care would work for you or your family.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer that time to another patient.
